We’re heading west on the train for a few festivals and some great little shows.  Here’s how the tour looks so far:

We’re singing some songs in support of this great little restaurant.  The event will be at the Bus Stop Theatre with a Pizza party in the back parking lot at 6pm, open stage after that, and then the bands start playing at 9:00.  More info HERE.

Summer is now & we’ve got a few outdoor shows this weekend.  

We’re playing a free show at the Rothesay Commons Thursday July 21 at 7:00pm.  

We head to Antigonish County for the Evolve Festival for a 5:00pm gig on Friday July 22nd.

On Saturday, we skadoodle back out to Saint John for a private party with our good buds The Caravan.  Fun!

We just returned from a wonderful week and a half in Newfoundland.  Pardon the late post, I couldn’t log in for a bit.  All good now it seems, anyhoo… Here’s a quick rundown of our tour: 

- Canada Day Arena Show in Deer Lake with The Caravan

- Cow Head Lobster Festival in Gros Morne National Park *

- Outdoor show in Terra Nova National Park*

- Two Whales Cafe, Port Rexton*

- Admiral’s Keg in Marystown

- Uncle John’s Shed, Marystown*

- Newman Wine Vaults private performance & Port tasting

- St. John’s NL at the Ship with Sherry Ryan and the Enablers and Cold River Choir

We also fit in an amazing hike on the Skerwink Trail where we saw two whales and the most amazing views I’ve ever seen. We also did a fair amount of air-guitar soloing on cliff tops.  

Huge thanks to the Pyes, Pittmans, Goldsworthys, Wards, and several others for the amazing Newfoundland hospitality.  We ate like kings and slept like babies.
